As a former U.S. Army Colonel and SOF Military Intelligence leader, I understand how to consistently add value to strategic, high-profile, no-fail efforts such as the international struggle against terrorists in Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, and the Philippines to the delivery of strategic, full-spectrum intelligence systems and architecture for all Army Special Operations Forces worldwide.

Currently, I am one of the Managing Partners of Cadet Holdings, LLC and Partner at Black Peak and Kingswood Defense group (KDG) leading a seasoned team of industry experts that actively screens defense related technology/companies for potential inclusion into the portfolios of Cadet Holdings, KDG and/or Black Peak.

I am also the Chief Operating Officer of Protective Shields, LLC and a Board Advisor for Synderys, LLC.

• 31+ years of experience supporting requirements, capabilities and acquisition analysis for ARSOF.

• 25+ years of SME experience working with coalition intelligence information systems supporting the combatant commands, services, partner nations and the Intelligence Community.
