As a former U.S. Army Colonel and SOF Military Intelligence leader, I understand how to consistently add value to strategic, high-profile, no-fail efforts.

Currently, I am one of the Managing Partners of Cadet Holdings, LLC and Partner at Black Peak and Kingswood Defense group (KDG) leading a seasoned team of industry experts that actively screens defense related technology/companies for potential inclusion into the portfolios of Cadet Holdings, KDG and/or Black Peak.

I am also the Chief Operating Officer of Protective Shields, LLC and a Board Advisor for Synderys, LLC.

• Consulting services for Defense, Homeland Security and IC businesses, M&A and IPO due diligence support to Private Equity investors, M&As, IPOs and Family Office management

• 31+ years of experience supporting requirements, capabilities and acquisition analysis for SOF and the US Army.

• 25+ years of SME experience with intelligence information systems supporting combatant commands, services, partner nations and the Intelligence Community.

• Bachelor’s degree and two Masters’ Degrees

• Active Secret security clearance

• Test and Evaluation of C4ISR Programs for DoD
