During my career as a U.S. Army Colonel and SOF Military Intelligence leader, I learned how to build and lead teams that consistently add value to strategic, high-profile, no-fail efforts.

As one of the Managing Partners of the Cadet Holdings Family Office, I develop long term strategies for market penetration and synchronize Business Development and Capture efforts to accomplish sales, revenue and growth objectives set by the CEO and the board; while assisting due diligence business intelligence research for PE or VC investment, debt financing, M&A and/or public offerings associated with Black Peak.
